SHIPPPING & RETURNS

Once your order is ready to leave our studio Ontario, I'll send it out into the world with care. 

I ship both locally within Canada and internationally. I work diligently to ensure your custom shoes are crafted to perfection, which means order completion and delivery can take 3+ weeks. 

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This way, you can watch the journey of your custom shoes from our door to yours.

I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my custom shoes. Due to the personalized nature of our products, I do not offer returns or refunds unless your package arrives damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at foxsxustomkicks@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means repairing the damage, replacing the item, or another solution tailored to your situation.
